Creator Program Terms
Effective version: 4 November 2026
1. Operator and scope
The Creator Program is operated by Azuryth Digital Ltd, registered at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, company number 16949005. Contact and complaints: hello@azuryth.co.uk.
These terms apply to paid collaborations accepted through the New Era Creator Studio. The Studio records the version you accept and the time of acceptance. Earlier content remains subject to the terms applicable at the time and any individual written agreement. Creators decide when to produce content and where to publish it.
2. Eligibility
Individuals aged 18 or over, sole traders and companies can participate. An authorised representative aged 18 or over may act for a company. To verify paid content, use a platform account you own or lawfully manage. Live streams also require your own linked Steam account and tracking enabled before going live. Your account must be eligible to use New Era's services.
Provide correct payout details and any documentation lawfully required for settlement. If you are required to invoice, a valid invoice is needed for payment. Otherwise, the operator will tell you in advance what declaration or document is needed for your status and the applicable rules. Each party is responsible for its own tax and record-keeping obligations.
3. Streams, clips and rates
- For Twitch streams we use the linked account and server tracking to check actually observed active play on New Era. The broadcast must be in the Rust category.
- For TikTok live streams an administrator checks the verified average audience for the whole broadcast, the replay and the timestamps. Only gameplay previously recorded by the server and not already credited is eligible.
- A live stream must last at least 120 minutes and average at least 10 viewers. Eligible active gameplay is billed in complete 30-minute blocks. Weeks are measured in Budapest time. The advertised weekly cap is 20 hours, including up to 5 hours of solo practice.
- Public play earns USD 3 to USD 22.50 per hour according to the published rate table. Solo practice earns USD 3 per hour. Above 400 average viewers, a separate written agreement is required. AFK, waiting, unverified time and time already credited to another stream are excluded.
- Submit TikTok clips within 30 days of publication. Verified day-30 views earn USD 0.50 per 1,000 views, capped at 200,000 views and USD 100 per clip. Later counts cannot replace the day-30 figure.
- Create the content on the New Era server and clearly identify the server. Each item may be credited once. The creator calculator provides estimates. Actual fees depend on verified evidence and the applicable rate.
4. Review and appeals
The operator will decide within 15 calendar days from the date an item is ready for review. For a live stream, this is when the broadcast has ended and the required evidence is available. For a clip, this period starts no earlier than the day-30 measurement. If evidence is missing, we will explain what is needed or give the reason for rejection. Readiness for review must not be delayed without good reason.
An item may be rejected if it cannot be verified, was submitted late, is unrelated to the New Era server, belongs to someone else, has already been credited, or breaches platform rules, these terms or advertising disclosure requirements. Artificial audience inflation or manipulated evidence may result in rejection of the affected item and, in serious cases, removal from the program. The decision and its reason are available in Creator Studio.
To request a review, email hello@azuryth.co.uk with the content or statement reference, what you dispute and the evidence available to you. Please raise issues promptly after seeing the decision. We will give a reasoned response within 15 calendar days of receiving a complete request. Undisputed approved items remain payable on the usual schedule.
5. Monthly statements and payouts
Approved items are grouped in monthly USD statements based on Budapest time. If a statement has already been approved or paid, items approved later go into the next open statement. You can track statement and payment records in Creator Studio.
We initiate payment by PayPal or bank transfer within 30 calendar days after the last day of the relevant statement month. If content is approved later, or valid payout details or lawfully required documents arrive later, the 30 days run from the later event, subject to any mandatory deadlines. We will notify you of missing information. If a transfer fails or is returned, we will discuss corrected details or another available method. The date a transfer is initiated may differ from the date the receiving provider credits it.
New Era applies no minimum payout amount or administration fee of its own. Banks and PayPal may apply fees or currency conversion under their own terms. The amount we send is recorded in USD on the statement. If a known provider fee or limit affects the transfer, we will explain the available options before sending it.
6. Advertising disclosure and content rights
Clearly and prominently disclose the commercial nature of content eligible for payment under the program, in the language of your audience. Use a clear disclosure such as “Ad” or “Paid partnership with New Era” at the start. Use the platform's branded content feature where required or available. In live streams, make the partnership clear to viewers who join after the broadcast has started.
Creators are responsible for clearing the rights needed for their content. Submitting it allows us to view and verify the content and evidence and keep records needed for settlement. Reposting, advertising use or adaptation requires a separate agreement.
7. Leaving the program, changes and privacy
You can turn off tracking in Creator Studio. Contact us at the address above if you wish to leave or end the arrangement. Leaving, removal or a pause does not cancel legitimate fees already earned. We give advance notice of changes to terms or rates. Revised terms apply to participation after the changes have been accepted.
The Privacy Notice covers identity, tracking, review, payouts and recording acceptance. The parties can first raise a dispute through the contact address above. An internal review does not limit remedies available under applicable law.
