Copyright Notice
Last updated: 30 October 2026
We reserve the rights associated with New Era’s own website content and custom server development. Permission to reuse these materials may be requested as described below.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers eligible original website texts, articles, rules, graphics, images, visual identity, interface designs, and original selection and arrangement of content.
It may also cover source and object code and documentation for proprietary plugins, integrations, website and server systems created for New Era, together with eligible written, visual and programmed implementations of custom game systems.
Ideas and their implementation
An idea, game rule, principle, procedure, operating method or function alone cannot be exclusively claimed through copyright. This notice concerns the specific eligible works and implementations created from them.
Copying and reuse
Without appropriate permission or another legal basis, New Era’s own protected materials, in whole or in identifiable part, must not be copied, published on another website or server, distributed, sold or reused in an adapted form. This includes unauthorised redistribution of proprietary plugins and source code.
Viewing the website, playing on the server or purchasing VIP membership does not grant permission to incorporate our development or content into another service. Attribution alone does not replace any permission required.
Legal exceptions and third-party materials
This notice does not restrict uses permitted by law, quotation subject to its legal conditions, or the rights of lawful software users.
Rights in Rust, Facepunch, Steam, Discord, third-party plugins, skins, open-source components and other external materials remain with their respective rightsholders. Their own licences and terms apply. New Era does not claim exclusive rights over other people’s work; modifying a work does not remove the original rightsholder’s rights.
Gameplay, screenshots and streaming
To the extent of New Era’s own rights, we permit publication of your own screenshots, gameplay videos and live streams made during ordinary play, subject to server rules and third-party terms. This permission does not cover publication of non-public source code, plugin files or internal documentation.
Rightsholders and permission requests
Rights belong to New Era’s operator, the relevant authors and other rightsholders according to the applicable legal relationship. Operator details are available in the Legal Notice.
When requesting permission, identify the content or development and describe where, why and how extensively you wish to use it. Permission covers only the use specified in the grant.
Reporting infringement
Use the Contact page to report unauthorised reuse or if you believe New Era content infringes your rights. Include links identifying the material and disputed use, the basis of your rights and a reply address.
Under applicable law, rightsholders may seek cessation of infringement, removal of the affected material and, where justified, pursue further legal remedies.
